Brand architecture, three websites, interactive tools, investor materials and launch campaign

AI Assist

AI Assist launched a parent company and two products on September 30, 2026, the day before California’s SB 766 took effect. Working with founders Marina and Nick Letsios, we built the brand architecture, three websites, the Argus360 Compliance Map, the pitch deck and the launch campaign. Tom serves as AI Assist’s Chief Marketing Officer.

Brand architecture

One parent, two products, three voices

Argus360 plays defense outside the store, mystery-shopping dealerships by voice, text, email and web form and scoring every interaction for compliance and operations. AiF&I plays offense inside it, replacing a stack of F&I systems with one platform. Each product needed its own name, accent and voice, and the parent needed to stand behind both.

All three brands share one navy foundation, one typeface family and one set of principles, with a single accent color that tells you which business you are in.

Each leads in its own market with its own name, accent, and voice. The parent stands behind both with one shared foundation.

Three websites

Each speaks to its own buyer, and all three share one build

The three sites share one foundation of navy, Public Sans and a common component language, and each is tuned to its own buyer. All three run on Netlify, and each ships with llms.txt files and a robots policy that welcomes AI crawlers, so answer engines can read the brands as clearly as people do.

An interactive compliance map

A reason for a dealer to engage before the product is in the store

The Argus360 Compliance Map shows call-recording consent rules and enforcement exposure for all 50 states and the District of Columbia, with statute citations, a location lookup and a profile page for every jurisdiction. A multi-rooftop exposure report sits behind a short form, which turns curiosity into a sales conversation.

The launch

Eight graphics, a press release and a live series

The launch paired a press release with an eight-graphic social sequence, gated content for each product and AI Assist Live, a monthly conversation about AI in the dealership. We wrote the investor narrative and built the pitch deck in the same system, so an investor reading the deck and a dealer reading the site hear the same story.
