Conforma

Conforma turns one approved message into video, audio, infographic and summary. We stepped in as its fractional marketing lead with a launch on the calendar and a website barely started, finished the site, put HubSpot underneath both the site and the product, ran paid search and social, and worked inside the product team from the first release.

Stepping in

A launch date, and a website that wasn’t ready for it

We joined Conforma partway through, taking over from an earlier fractional marketing lead.

The logo and the first version of the brand were already in place. The website had been started but wasn’t close to done, and it had to be ready for the public launch. We finished the first conforma.ai and had it live on April 16, 2025, introducing the platform to marketers, compliance professionals and knowledge managers, with pricing, a trial and every form connected to HubSpot.

We also worked with the team on the product itself, as a contributor to what got built and as a tester of every release before customers saw it.

Paid and social

Creative that shows the product working

Google and Meta campaigns ran alongside the launch and the email program, with creative built around the product itself: the four formats, the embed your readers use to choose one, and the cost of producing the same assets through an agency.

Revenue operations

One HubSpot setup under the site and the product.

We set up HubSpot Professional across the CRM, Sales, Marketing, Content, Data and Service hubs and connected it to both the website and the product. Conforma ran one of the earliest production uses of HubSpot’s AI support agent, answering questions inside the site and inside the app. The email program sat on top: every new lead entered a general nurture stream, and each buyer got a stream and an outreach sequence of its own.

Where it went

HubSpot outlasted the first website

Conforma has since narrowed its focus to governed communication for regulated organizations, with healthcare first and financial services among the next markets. The site has been rebuilt for that story, and the revenue operations we put underneath it are still in place: HubSpot still runs the forms and tracking on conforma.ai.
